research laboratory of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnrs.fr\/fr\">CNRS<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grenoble-inp.fr\/\"><strong>Grenoble INP-UGA<\/strong><\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr\/\"><strong>University of Grenoble Alpes<\/strong><\/a>; it has agreements with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inria.fr\/fr\"><strong>Inria<\/strong><\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osug.fr\/\"><strong>Grenoble Observatory of Universe Sciences<\/strong><\/a>.
